04Why partners choose us
In a market of commoditized capital, how we are built matters as much as what we buy.
We speak with our own money: when we sign a term sheet or letter of intent, the capital is committed. Decisions are made by a small internal investment committee that meets weekly. We need no outside approvals and no fundraising to close.
Funds must return capital to LPs on a fixed timetable. Ours is permanent, so we can hold a great business for decades and ride out volatility instead of being forced to sell at the bottom.
Sourcing, underwriting, structuring and hands-on asset management all happen in-house, with real-time monitoring, disciplined financing and tax-efficient entity design.
